Joining
In order to join Beacon Hall Archive, one must simply follow the steps listed below. Please read the information provided thoroughly and completely before applying for membership to the house.
Please note that all requirements are listed on the Bylaws page, Section 4 Part 1.
Any prospective member must have obtained a minimum experience level of 10.
Prospective members are required to have a sponsor that is a current member of the house in good standing. If no sponsor is available, the prospect may wish to familiarize himself or herself with the House and its members before applying.
Next, a prospective member must declare intent to join on the official forums under CHE - Beacon Hall Archive. A prospective member must include the following in the decleration: Intent to join the house, disclosure of sponsor, a brief personal introduction, and personal reasons for wanting to join the house.
If all of the above requirements are met, then a vote for membership shall commence. A majority vote by all house members is required for a prospective member to be accepted to the house.
If a prospective member receives a majority vote and is voted into the house, the prospect must then present himself, with sponsor, with a Chairman and one other officer at either Moot Hall in Wehnimer's Landing or the Library in Beacon Hall Archive to be inducted. A one-time, non-refundable membership fee of 100,000 silvers (no bank notes) will be required at this time.
At this point, any new member will be asked to disclose his or her e-mail address to be added to the house mailing list.
